Why are some black people hypocrites when it comes to their own race by segregating from their own people?

No I don't look down on less educated or poor black people. I dislike rude black people or rude people in general. I don't like obnoxious, loud, rude people why should I want to be around some of them just because we're the same race? All they are going to do is try to tear me down or bring negativity and drama into my life. I'm not having it!
