Cheerleading Question: Is Yipes! a rip off?

I went to a cheerleading website. Its http://www.yipesonline.com . I went to their training equipment area and I'm confused. I don't know if any of these items are a rip off. Do they really work? I'm mostly looking forward to buy the Defrogger Anklets, Mae Flyer, and Fast Bands. Are they worth buying? I need help on my jumps, tumbling and balance & I looked at these items but I don't know if it will help? I am going to be a flyer for cheerleading. I love cheerleading so much. Please answer. & if you know any tips don't hesitate to tell me :D
