Samsung Galaxy SII Service?

I'm getting a phone, and it looks like my top pick right now is the Samsung Galaxy SII. I wanna get it with a contract (2-year), not unlocked. When i search At&T, Verizon, Amazon etc. I either can't find at all or only in the unlocked form (in Amazon). Can someone explain this to me? I've checked again and again and made sure it was released, but I feel like an idiot because I can't find it with service. Also I know this phone has a 1.2 Ghz processor, and I heard about another Galaxy SII coming out with a 1.4 Ghz processor somewhere in July 2011. Is this true?
