Resdent evil 5 gold edition?

I just bought the gold edition cause my regular copy was scratched and it says that it includes the lost in nightmares and stuff, but when I try to play them it says I have to buy them still. Is there somekind of code or something to unlock them or did I just get screwed and I still have to buy them to play and they are just pre-installed to the cd?????
