u should way under 140 and btw the cheer captin makes the cheers and so the writting doesnt help u but if u steatch everyday youll get more flexable just hold each steatch where u can feel a lil pain (not to much) for 45 sec. each day ul go a lil further make sure you can do a toe touch which is when u jump and do a split in the aair while touching your toes (easier than it sounds)
