I have a weird hand pain?

I do tumbling. When I do tumbling my left hand always hurts. It doesnt hurt when I do anything else except tumbling. It only hurts right in the middle of my hand. like where my middle finger bone is. lol that probally doesnt make any sense. but please help. What is this pain called, and how can I fix it.
