How to do a frikin back-handspring already?

I am so tired of being scared of my own dang sport! (okay not the whole sport exactly) You see I have been doing cheer for 5 years now. **im 14** I am already on my varsity squad, and that's NOT because of my tumbling skills all I was ever good at was jumps and dance and cheer of course, although I 'Have it all in the bag' all I need is at least SOME tumbling skillage. How do I do back bends, backhandsrings, and any other tumbling you might know. Thanks **No bad comments on how cheerleading isn't a sport and all that crap. It was cute at first but now its just inane**
